You are making a huge deal over the purchace of a cheap necklace at a fair. Having gay pride is one thing, being broke is another. I'm not supportive of anything financially if it chips into my budget. You could have bought him a gay pride key chain for $2 on ebay. That necklace was over priced and no message was attached.
