What could be wrong with my car?

i have a 02 pontiac Aztec and i just had rotors replaced and the radiator i was driving home and my anti lock brake light came on but then shut off and when i turned into my driveway and my brakes felt like they were locked up and i couldn't stop the car this happened before i got the car fixed and its still happening im scared to drive the car what could it be?.....i don't have a problem braking any other time only when i turn.
