SNL Saturday Night Live Tickets?

Has anyone gone to SNL taping (Saturday Night Live) what was it like? I heard tickets are hard to get; you get them two ways either entering a e-mail lottery in August which has already ped or through stand by tickets which you have to stand in line for. I want to see Justin Timberlake sooo bad! I think he is soo funny and talented. I heard some where he might be hosting the season finale, so my question is-is there any other way to get tickets?
