Star Wars Battlefront 2 question?

I have swbf 2 for pc ok when i ma palying in any game mode (instant action, galactic conquest, campaign, whatever) when i get 12 kills with the blaster rifle (frenzy) the bad *** enhanced blaster rifle wont come out i switch weps i dont die when i try to use so it could not have gone away so i do the primary switch and it wont come out. some one know whats wrong?
