Is it safe to eat my frozen thanksgiving leftovers?

Here the deal: My wife froze our thanksgiving leftovers and I want to know is it safe to eat it. I would think it was safe but it was a thanksgiving meal which mean it stayed out for a couple of hours before we froze it. Will this give me food poison since it originally stay out for so long ( presumably allowing the bacteria to multiply) before being put to freeze.
