How to get up dog hair?

I have a Golden Retriever and a Great Pyrenees and wall to wall. I have tried three different vacuums - a Hoover, a Eureka, and a commercial grade vacuum I borrowed from commercial cleaner. Nothing works. I can vacuum the same spot 20 times and there's STILL hair EVERYWHERE. Any suggestions?! I'm going out of my mind here.
