How do you prevent propogation of tiny warts!!?

So I have these 2 large warts on my finger that i am currently getting rid of, using salysilic acid. however, One day when I was inspecting a part ( I work on an embly line) under intense light and microscope using my fingers, I noticed that I have close to 100 pre-warts (whatever you call them) on all my fingers. I have to look very hard and they are very small (about the size of a period or larger) and they are basically just small white dots that are not noticable unless you look very very hard. Anyone know how to prevent these from spreading? I dont want to have a 100 warts covering my fingers in 6 months
