How can it benefit if I were to switch from drinking soda to orange juice?

Orange juice is definitely a healthier choice. Soda isn't really even a choice if you're trying to be a healthier person. Soda is filled with empty calories. It's really just carbonated water with sugar and food coloring. Orange juice, on the other hand, has lots of benefits: vitamin C, may help lower both cholesterol levels and blood pressure levels, antioxidants, potium, can help reduce risk of heart disease, etc. I don't know if it'll help you lose weight exactly, since losing weight depends on your entire food intake, not just what you drink. If you eat healthier and drink in moderation, hopefully you'll see some results!
