I have applied for Victims Of Crime in California?

and am wondering if they will pay for my Attorney's legal fees in fighting for custody of the kids. My children were being ually abused by their Dad's wife's 14 year old Foster Daughter at their Dad's house. This is NOT an an "allegation", but a fact that has been admitted by her. Does anyone have any experience with this?
