Why not more job openings for men in the Philippines?

I also notice that most jobs require a college degree and not over 30 years of age. These are for jobs that pay 250 Pesos a day. Where is the fairness in labor, minimum wage and excessive hours? This does not seem to be an incentive for higher education. Take note of what young Egyptian males are protesting about.
